Gunday Official First Look Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor

The film "Gunday" has been in the news for its star-cast ever since the names were out. The film will show two male actors sharing screen space and they are of 'Ishaqzaade" fame Arjun Kapoor and "Band Baaja Baraat" actor Ranveer Singh.

The shooting schedule of the film started on the 14th of December, 2012 and now the first look of the film is out. The two male leads are shown facing their back to the viewers, gazing into the Howrah Bridge of Kolkata. One is shown holding a gun while the other has some debris in the hand. Their crude look and bloated physique is evident in the posters.

Gunday is an upcoming film of Ali abbas Zafar produced by Aditya Chopra casting Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles, it is an romantic Hindi Film based on the lives of two small time thieves who later became the part of the coal mafia at that time. They goes up with the flow and lands in some dramatic situations.

Development

In August 2012,Ali Abbas Zafar revealed that the film is titled Gunday and set in 1970's primarily where Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapor playing gangsters by the name of Bikram and Bala. Earlier rumours stated that Katrina Kaif  have a role in the film but director confirmed Priyanka Chopra play the lead role of actress and love interest of male actors Ranveer Singh & Arjun Kapoor. Ali Zafar also commented that both the lead actors will be seen asBengali's in the film. Both Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor debuted with YRF banner in Band Baaja Baaraat and Ishaqzaade respectively. Lead actors,Arjun and Ranveer has been undergoing a lot of physical training to fit for the role. Afterwards,veteran actor Irrfan Khan was selected for the role of an Intelligence agent in the film where Khan stated "I will be playing a 'larger than life' character in the film".
